Very disappointed in whirlpool customer service
I purchased 4 products in the past 7 years from whirlpool. I have had problems with every one of them. My latest is my dryer purchased in 2019. Call customer service on hold for so long sent me *** to fix my dryer. Did not send the whole part. Gave me a code to purchase another for 40 percent off. Code was invalid and bogus. I ordered another dryer from Samsung. Whirlpool has lost a good customer. Next call is better business bureau.
