Difficult to use the handle duster and very dissapointed - more trouble than it is worth. Their return policy is confusing and cumbersome - really too much of a bother. I use the floor Swiffers and reasonably happy with them. The handle duster is a waste - and frustrating. User's recommendation: Make sure that where you buy it they will honor your return if you choose to do so.
