Very disappointed by lack of service

I enrolled in Geek Squad service in 2017, I paid monthly via automatic withdrawal from my credit card. I recently called for tech service for a problem I was having. I was told that there was a problem with my account, apparently Geek Squad did not take or accept a payment in March of this year. I was refused any help because I was told I was in arrears. I did not make a mistake with payments as they were all automatic, I do not feel I was treated fairly as I was never informed about being in arrears, after 4 years of making regular payments, I was refused service because of a mistake YOU made, this is totally unacceptable. This is not the kind of treatment one would expect after being a member for that many years without even 1 call for help. In my anger, I cancelled my membership. I want management to be informed about the poor treatment I feel I received and this"policy" to be reviewed. The mistake was all on your part, not mine and there should be no reason for the rejection I received. Geek Squad should have apologized for not informing me about the "problem" and been more accommodating. Very poor customer consideration and relations.
