I had signed up with two of my children to weight watchers. All three of us were doing very well. We all decided at this time we couldn’t afford it. I called customer service to cancel and was told I had to pay a 69.00 cancellation fee. I was not aware of any cancellation fee. My kids cancelled with no fee. I told the representative how disappointed I was and how I have always prayed weight watchers. Having said that she said ok and then immediately took the money out. I once was a lifetime member and really loved the program. I no longer will be an advocate for weight watchers. If someone can’t afford the program they shouldn’t be slapped with another fee.
