I have more than one complaint. First off, they put the wrong size tires on my vehicle. I told them on the phone the size, they quoted, and installed the tires. About 2 weeks later I got a flat, and went to put on the spare (which came with the vehicle) and it was noticeably smaller. Then I looked in the owner's manual, and sure enough...the spare IS the same size of the original tires they replaced. I asked them about it, and they said,"That's strange. I'll look into it"...never heard another word. SECONDLY, they told me it'd take 1 1/2 hours to put on the new tires, so I called into work (I'm a supervisor) and told them I'd be 2 to 2 1/2 hours late. My vehicle sat in the lot for 1 1/2 hours before they even took it inside...and then it sat in the dock another hour...and THEN it took an hour and a half to change the tires. And THIRDLY, when I got the aforementioned flat 2 weeks later, they said,"Bring it in...it'll only take 30 to 45 minutes...."...Again...it sat in the lot for an hour, then they brought it in, and it was another hour and a half before I pulled out of there. I have 2 other vehicles in need of tires, and I'll be bringing them elsewhere, that's for sure. User's recommendation: Dont go there. There's a reason they have to offer such low prices...and believe me, it's not worth the headache and un-skilled labor doing the work.
