Very confusing subscription renewal information

First, let me be clear. I am NOT really a pissed consumer. Just a completely confused one. If I am at all pissed it's because I find no other way of reaching the publications except by telephone, and they are apparently not staffed when I am available to call. I have been tagged by Veranda and House Beautiful to renew my subscriptions. The mailings I receive do not seem to contain my expiration dates. When I go to the customer service websites to look at my expiration dates they both appear to be more than a year in the future. This is confusing because they also don't seem to have any relationship to my start dates in the current order section. Both were on automatic renewal. Could that have something to do with the reason for the discrepancy? House Beautiful "Account Status:Your current order is active and paid; however, we are waiting for payment of your renewal order." And then, "Expire Issue:Dec 2019" Current order section: A one-year term beginning Feb, 2018. Should be active through the Jan issue of 2019? But Expires in Dec 2019??? Veranda "Account Status:Your current order is active and paid; however, we are waiting for payment of your renewal order." And then, "Expire Issue:Jan/Feb 2020" Current order section: A one-year term beginning Mar/Apr of 2018. Should be active through the Jan/Feb issue of 2019, but expires Jan/Feb 2020??? Here's what I would like: A clear understanding of when my current active subscription ends. It used to be on the label, and on any correspondence for renewal, but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. I can find a date on my Veranda label, which is S/O18, and doesn't relate to any of the account information I see on the website, so I'm wondering if that is just the current issue date.
