I spent over $5000 at Exclusive Furniture. They made promises and guarantees. They have not honored. All furniture has fallen apart in less than a year. It looked so pretty on the showroom floor. It was so cheaply made. I thought this furniture would last me 10 years... it lasted less than a year. So regretful. I purchased new furniture from Gallery Furniture. They worked with me (and even gave me a discount). I know they will stand behind their good name. Please do not waste your money (especially if you will owe money for years). Sofa peeled (they said it was real leather) in less than six months. The recliners on the sofa, love seat, and chair broke in less than a year. The 'wood' furniture was not really wood. It was some type of particle board. So very disappointed.
