Very bad window install and services

Renewal by Andersen where going to replace all my windows, but after the first one they installed i stopped them. They are not doing the rest of them. They cut the glass out of my old window and installed the new one inside old window. The new window is to small for the opening too. The new window is crooked and i can see outside at the seal of the window.
