Very bad service, still waiting for promised User Manual…

Back in September 2012, I ordered a Nokia cellphone from their website, where they promise a User Manual is included. It was not! I asked for it in three emails, which were never replied to! In October 2012 I sent them a letter by snail mail explaining my dissatisfaction and asked again for the promised User Manual; I never received a reply! Customer communication erratic and not reliable. The word 'customer service" they have never heard of! Would never do any business with CellHut again!!! So I want to add my comments to other complaints about CellHut! They don't deserve our business!
