VERY BAD SERVICE of ALJ Customer Service

I launched a complaint against my washing machine repairs before December 9 2018 on Abdul Latif Jameel (ALJ) helpline number 800127**** via my mobile number 056-529**** that my washing machine ES-FDP914SA-W (receipt attach) is not drying and warming clothes. The man name Adil (Your representative) having mobile number 053-885**** came to my home and checked washing machine said that one warming part is not working so I will get this part from your company and come back to you. Since then we are chasing him sometimes he don't pick the phone and sometimes he said he have a part in his car he is too busy and can't come and sometimes he committed that he will come tomorrow and does not come. Now, it is more than a month and he is not picking his mobile. So Again I complaint on January 3, 2019 and get the complaint number 920215 and also to contact Mr. Rafi 056-030****. I called him early morning and he responded and then he told me to contact at 9:30 a.mn when he will reached office and since then I'm chasing this man, and still not succeed. He never picked up the mobile. On January 13 2019 again I got a complaint 922680 but still no action done. I'm really pissed off with the service of ALJ customer people. Please help me. I'm the regular customer and I have purchased lots of things from ALJ like 1.3 Air conditioners 2.1 washing Machine 3.2 televisions 4.1 Microwave 5.1 water cooler 6.1 Bread Toaster 7.1 Vacuum Cleaner 8.RAV 4 (Zero Meter) After using one year return to ALJ back Please provide the assistance and take necessary actions against these people who are not co-operating with the customers.
