VERY BAD SERVICE! HORRIBLE! TERRIBLE! DONT BUY NEVER HERE

Customer service very VERY BAD, HORRIBLE, ABSURD!!!! TERRIBLE. The Most horrible web site ever!!! Never buy with them is the Worse web site and agency in the world. The Comunicacion is also terrible!!! The persons who speak in spanish, talk very very bad spanish, they dont undestand nothing and I dont undestand that they speak. And you have to wait in each call about one hour. And then another hour more Waiting. All the time lost the calls. They say Any and if you lost the call and call again another person say all different, they exchange all the time that they say and the Prices than they give you are all the time differents. Each one Say Any thing different. Very bad service. DONT BUY TICKET HERE. DONT BUY TICKETS WITH THIS AGENCY. I explain you all my experiencia below: have 2 reservations : I called the 23 of June all day, and the Comunicacion is also terrible!!! The persons who speak in spanish, talk very very bad spanish, they dont undestand nothing and I dont undestand that they speak. Is terrible. Besides the Comunicacion is very bad, nobody answer, nobody atend the Call, I called today all the day, and When I was waiting in the phone about 30 minutes the call was down. Is horrible all about you. I needed today to exchange all the day Any date about the reservations that we have but was impossible!!! I repeat: I called all the day, I spoke with 2 or 3 persons very difficult for the bad spanish of them and when I was in the phone about 30 or 40 minutes the call was losing. I wanted to exchange the date of our trip without pay penalitation but I couldnot. I was spoking with somebody for that but the call was losing, it was still in the time of 24 hours for any exchange without pay but I COULDNOT!!!!! THE CALL WAS DOWN!!! I LOST THE CALL. Them I tríed again, the call was again about 40 minutes and the person who answered me told me: Im sorry, you have to pay a penalti because Now is more than 24 hours. Really??????? That is terrible!!! The customer service un your company is the more bad thing in the World. Never in my life I again buy anything with you!!!! The person told me that besides I had to pay different for the ticket, and id you see un your web Page the price in the other days that we want yo exchanges the date is cheaper than the we bought. So all is terrible with you. You can see Below with the dates that we want to exchange, the price is cheaper than the other that we bought. And besides I couldnot do the exchange because when I called was ok the hours, less than 24 hours but the call was lost. Them i called again and after 40 minutes in the phone the person told me: you cant do anything because now is more than 24 hours, you have to pay penalti of 200 Dollars for each one. Really???! The fault was mine???? You service is terrible but the problem is from the client??!! Whats horror !!!!!! Very very bad. Never in my life I again buy with you. Never in my life. See below the rates with the other dates that we wanted ti exchange. Today they are cheaper and your customer service persons say that I have to pay for the difference in the rate. Crazy!!! All about you is terrible!!!! I called again after all of this because still I was thinking in changes the dates, again more than one Hour each call, them another one hour waiting, this happenned 4 times a day. Finally I spoke with Two persons and they changed all again. They gave me other Prices differents, they changed the penalti, and each one told me all differenr. I showed them than the price in the web Page was cheaper so they could not charge me Any different in the price of the ticket but they exchange all, all the time. Is crazy and absurd all that happen with them. Very bad service. Never buy with them .
