Very bad office staff management

We had an appointment scheduled two months in advanced. When we showed up to our appointment the office manager cancelled my appointment the day before and gave it to someone else. I had no warning no email no voicemail no text message to let me know this happened. Very unprofessional and upsetting. User's recommendation: Pick another office not on 8th st.
