Very bad of your product

Haiii , I am Kavita from kerala .I had requested for lakme lip gloss through Amazon before three days back. Tody I received the same ,now I just tried apply lip gloss it very tight and freezing...and smell also not good.I am afraid to use the same for my lips... I respect lakme ..so strongly believe I will get a permanent solution Regards Kavitha Ph:812931****
