This company should be off from internet as they are doing very bad customer service & business. I ordered a ring bell back in Nov., 2018. There was nothing to say that free shipping will come from Korea. So my order came to me just couple days back, means after more than month and a half. I tried to call customer service, never got anybody on the phone to talk with. Finally I received the item after more that a month and a half, the bell plug in prongs are round, used in Asia. In America we use flat pins to plug in. Now I am stuck that I can't use the ring bell, seems to me China made. Please don't buy stuff only because it is cheaper on their website, because that is a trap and they will send you *** stuff after months from Korea or unknown place.
