Very bad information,complete lies

My credit card got charge for plane ticket and vacation,i believe somebody in the company using my information.....and it is very hard to get imformation regarding their promesses,they dont take any responsabilities for their sale representative,,,,,thay dont know what the sales personnel tell you or offer.......
