Very bad experience with JD Byrider

We purchased a car from them a while back and they had a noise in the front part of the motor my wife took it in and they couldn’t fix it then we went on a little vacation to Texas from Pennsylvania and the car broke down in Tennessee, I called JD Byrider in Pennsylvania to see what they could do and they said there was nothing they could do for me they told me to call the one in Nashville Tennessee and they said they cannot do nothing for me either because they are simply franchises and they don’t make any kind of decision. It cost me over $1000 to have a new water pump thermostat and fan belt put in my wife’s 2008 Lexus. I came back to JD Byrider over a month ago and they were supposed to reimburse me at least half but every time I call them in Reading Pennsylvania they refused to answer my phone call I have gone down there and gotten a big argument with him them and they said they would reimburse me That was over two weeks ago. I called corporate office right now and they told me they cannot do nothing for me either because I bought it from a franchise and not JD by rider. Nobody wants to take responsibility for any part of this I have service to have this thing fixed for three years and I had to pay out of my pocket over $1000 plus towing and they refused to help User's recommendation: Stay away from JD by rider.
