Very bad exchange refund policy

I have spent 1.675£ in total on their website, but I wasn't happy with the measurements of my last command ( a pant at 95£). I called customer service and asked for a tweak, they refuse. The only choice I had was to reorder and repay full price. A very stupid way to treat a regular customer.
