Very bad customer sevice
I booked a resort then the agent booked for me it was the agent mistake for booking third person . I booked my flights for 3 people after month the send me email that resort does except the third person booking. I want my full refund now it has been month they did not give my refund I called every second day none of the supervisors solving my problem. I have very bad experience. When they sell you they are so nice and when you buy after that they do not listen to customers. I m stuck with these please never buy any resort weeks from them, i m very upset and frustrated. My credit card is charging me interest but vida lifestyle is keeping my money. Very very bad experience
