Very bad customer service and rude and incompetent staff and management

I have been waiting for more than 3 hours for a dryer to be available in laundry room.... all are full of guest's clothes and left there. Management knew of problem but chose to just leave the premises and not address the issue. It is very late now and I need to sleep but my clothes are all wet in a basket and will ruin by morning. Receptionist refused to take action although there is a sign which warns hotel will remove clothes left unattended. Rude and incompetent staff and management. User's recommendation: Stay at any other hotel with better customer service and more proper staff.
