Very bad coustmer service

The issue that I have experienced was: I have bought an item perfume it was sale from boots online and item was dispatched I drove to store for collection the item 15/02/2021 when I want store to collect item they told me that there's no item to collect it from the store can you came back tomorrow second day I drove again to the store to collect the perfume they told me that there's no item you to collect it you have to call the customer service boots online when I call the customer service boots online order I have explained the customer service what happened to me, she told me that she will do for me replacement of the item she has done for me only one of the item, and she told me is out of the stock the other item she told me that she would give me case number if this item will come online in Stoke and I will get the same price it was before after 2 days I've received an email tell me that they have cancelled the replacement perfume I've called the customer service and explain all the situation what happened to me, and they told me so nothing we can do about it the item it was the sale that time I bought the item from Boots also the item was sale on John Lewis, but I bought the item from Boots which I was relying on boots to send for me the item, but boots has disappointed me the item it was gift for my family
