Very bad costumer service

I ordered from amazon.ca a nook white faux leather nook corner for dinner and this nook is about two part A and B There was missing part witch is B i was surprised how can i find only one part!! So i called amazon about it they tried to find a phone nb but they didnt then i found it on the internet and i calles and i told them i bought a nook from amazon and i need a missing part she laughed in a mean way and transfered me to a supervisor and this one too was so hard to deal with i even tried to give them the PO nb and all info but they said they want amazonto call them i contacted the supervisor on amazon but didnt answer me yet !!! Like i feel humilated and they dont trust costumers !!!! This is my first experience and first bad experience ever !! Mean
