Very bad company. Do not trust

I've bought a reborn doll for my daughter. After 4 months I found out that I had to pay an extra fee to the post office in Brazil. Since I didn't pay. The product was returned to Tomtop. I've already sent them the proof that I did not get the product (internet confirmation from the post office site that the product was returned to the company) but they refuse to send it again or reimburse me. It is a shame for an internet company like Tomtop. I am really pissed of and cannot believe this situation. NEVER DO ANY DEAL WITH TOMTOP. Carlota Rangel Yagui
