Very disappointed. I placed a hold on a infiniti for thanksgiving week, in advance. They deduct funds from my credit card without contacting me - even though it says "contact customer if anything changes. " I contacted them one week before I was supposed to pick up the car and they told me they sold all of them. It was very stressful, it put me and my family in such a horrible situation. They didn't think it was important to let us know that we could no longer have the car. I will never use this company again. I have used it previously for many rentals but i'm so dissatisfied, I will tell anyone and everyone I know of this experience. It put us in such a bind. Very bad communication of sales representative patrick hornef, very bad customer and sales service.
