I signed up with my son and our school to take a trip to Washington D.C. The trip started off fine until we changed drivers two hours into the trip. The drive was running off the edge of the highway and jerking the wheel causing major motion sickness for several students and adults. He ran over several curbs and made a wrong turn into a car garage that he couldn’t get out. A security guard and chaperone had to help him get backed. This put us about 30 minutes late getting back to our hotel. This meant the kids didn’t get to bed until very late. The driver gave us a lecture at the beginning of the trip that nobody was allowed to go #2 in the bathroom which was fine until we got back on the bus after lunch to find that the driver had gone #2 on the bus. On the way home the driver was very sleepy and continued to drive crazy. Half way home we got a new driver and the old driver left the luggage compartment under the bus open when he got his case out. The new bus driver got flagged down by a truck driver who let him know it was open. The new driver was great.
