Very bad Broadband Sales Arrangement

I'm writing to make sure that M1 did not arrange for *Re-Installation* of the Broadband Cable &;;; Network Point for me & i do not need this service from M1 any more as I've arranged directly with NetLink Trust to do it on 10th Feb. 2021. I had signed up for 1GB Broadband with M1 via Online & was told to call in to arrange for Re-Installation of Cabling & Network point which i did so immediately upon signing up for my premise due to my Renovation Contractor had discarded the existing OpenNet Broadband Point when I bought over the resale flat at Blk 219, #03-823, Ang Mo Kio Ave. 1, S560219 on 4th Feb 2021.. On 5th Feb., I called up M1 to confirmed that all had been arranged with no changes but I was very disappointed that the person whom I had spoken to (known as Mr Meng Lak) for 43min including holding & waiting on 5th Feb. 2021 told me & confirmed that there was no arrangement for *Re-Installation of Cabling & Network Point* on 15th Feb. & if I wish to do so, the earliest date would be 16th Feb. 2021. However, I called OpenNet Netlink Trust directly on the same day & had paid & arranged directly online that they can come install the Fibre Broadband Re-Installation of Cabling & Network Point on 10th Feb.2021 @9am-10:45am. Thus, please make sure that there is NO ARRANGEMENT DONE from M1 side & I WILL NOT be paying the S$160.50 incl. GST which was meant for this service. Thank you very much! rgds, Cat 9845****
