Very BAD!!!

Received unfresh roses, nothing like photo. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! My daughters who live in the US, used LolaFlora.com to send me an arrangement of roses to San Luis Potosi, Mexico where I live, for Mother's Day this year. They told/showed me later they had chosen a bouquet from the LolaFlora website photo selection that showed 15 long-stemmed roses in an elongated hourglass glass vase maybe 10 or 11 inches high, where the red roses were placed in such a way, that the stems touching the bottom of the vase extend upward and the flowers fan out in all directions above the vase and form a big 13 to 14 inch sphere of red roses and greenery above the vase. Attractive. Nice. What I received was a very tightly bound (with string) small headed (7 inches across) bunch of ordinary, short-stemmed roses, packed tightly together and set into a high & narrow glass vase measuring 10 x 3.5 inches. Like a kid, barely clinging to the edge of a pool, elbows on ledge keeping him afloat, legs dangling and unable to touch the bottom far below, that's the impression the flowers gave. The flowers = the kid. His legs are the stems. It gave the impression that someone needed to pull the roses up to save them from drowning. The tall narrow vase was obviously not the right one for the small headed, short-legged bouquet of roses. Wrong aesthetics. AND to top it all off, the roses were not fresh. Their petals were browning around the edges and some looked frankly fatigued. There was absolutely no identification as to who was the deliverer the flowers. I had to contact my daughters, tell them the flowers were not a good choice and ask whom they had bought them from. To say the least I was VERY DISAPPOINTED. It was the worst flower arrangement I have ever received in my life. And it is embarrassing to have to tell my daughters that the flowers were not what they ordered (not as in photo) and were not acceptable. As we all know, flowers are symbolic of the feelings of the heart, desires, hope, appreciation, love... The LolaFlora representatives in San Luis Potosi shouldn't be representing Lolaflora. They have no knowledge of flowers and no aesthetic sense, besides having no idea what it means to receive a delivery of flowers for Mother's Day. My daughters complained to LolaFlora, and the organization responded to their complaint and had the same SLP LolaFlora representatives bring me a second arrangement to replace the first. This one was fresh enough, but it still didn't look like the original photo from the LolaFlora website. In conclusion I would say that these International companies like Lolaflora, (which I believe is a Spanish company) which are trying to sell flowers through many many representatives throughout the world are bound to get a lot of dud reps who don't represent them adequately. Most people who get a bad flower arrangement don't want to have to tell the giver that their gift was bad news. So Lolaflora likely will rarely get the news that they've hired rep's who are inadequate. I would guess that LolaFlora risks its reputation by not knowing enough about its representative's capabilities. Cut flowers can be a tricky purchase. They are in the process of dying. My suggestion to you is to buy from a reputable florist who has a reputation to preserve. Just because the website has beautiful photos of flowers, doesnt mean the middle man rep with no knowledge of flowers, no physical store, no fridge for flower storage, is going to bother to get it right. Lolaflora its Scam, lolaflora its a Turkey bad company send flowers with Mexican cheaper florist. Not good! This is my review.
