Very bad.

I have nine days of rentals coming.called on the 28 of july to rent one in rapid city talked to the employee. He said that it was blocked out for the month of aug. But i was lucky i got in just in time i wanted to rent for two days the first and second of aug. He told me because it was sturgis it was going to be three days.i said ok and then he told me to go on line it was faster. My wife went on line got the three days and after we said ok i noticed it was 747.00 on my card. I right away called to cancel the rental and was told from the main office that if i did i would be paying that much in fees. When i got to rapid city and told them about it the kid that was working the day i called said he never talked to me. It was only him and a female working that day at that time. I showed them the call and he still said it wasnt him. They will do nothing about it because that 747.00 means more to them then a happy customer.i will use up my days and quit this membership cant be with a company that lies and wont help you. People please dont signup with eaglerider.one day this will happen to you.thanks Dan
