I ordered a clock as advertised in a a decorating magazine./ They told me it was on back order till mid to late April and tried to sell me a comparable clock for around $100---about four times the cost of the original order . I had foolishly ordered a similar product at a price similar to the original . I canceled both orders. They promised credit for both orders . The second order did vanish but has reappeared . I still want my refunds. I am disputing both charges with my card issuer. They sell products they do not have and try to up sell to more expensive items. Do not do business with them ! They are a rip off and will lie as to giving you credit for cancelled orders
