4 out of 9 phones dont work properly and they wont fix. and they dont care!!!!!!! i have called & the say they are out of warranty and they dont care they are a lousey vendor dont use them if you want service.verizon wirless does not deserve your business. they belive that the are the best, but their not they have the power of advertising and they can abuse the the consumer. as many large ccmpanies because they can spend big. they think customers don't dont count if you have a big advertising budget. i think you have to put this on line may be some one will agree after dealing with the same problems
