Update by user Mar 01, 2021 Wasted time and money Original review posted by user Mar 01, 2021 From Jan 28 to March 1 I have been dealing with this bad service company. They made mistake after mistake till I finally had enough. I ordered two phones. They sent one. They kept telling me the 2nd phone is in the mail. Finally one told me the truth. They want more money. No. Not gonna happen. I am not paying the bill...keeping the phone they sent and going to Metropcs. Why lie for over a month? Trust me. Stay away from Verizon. They will rip you off and lie to you. iPhone is rip off too. Apple thinks they are the best. Not! Maybe at ripping you off. User's recommendation: Say no to Verizon. Not to be trusted.
