VERBALLY ABUSIVE TECH.

MADE APPOINTMENT NIGHT BEFORE AND ANSWERING SERVICE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, GAVE ME A WINDOW ON TIME AND WAS TO FOLLOW WITH AN EMAIL OF 2 HOUR WINDOW THE NEXT MORNING. GOT THE EMAIL AND WINDOW WAS CHANGED BY SOMEONE TO 2 HOURS LATER? HAD TO CALL THE LOCAL PHONE NUMBER OF MR APPLIANCE AND THE LADY TOLD ME SHE'D CALL ME RIGHT BACK AFTER SPEAKING WITH TECH TO FIND OUT WHERE HE WAS AT 10 MINUTES BEFORE EXPECTED LATEST APPOINTMENT CHANGE. GOT CALL FROM TECH AND WAS TOLD HE HAD ANOTHER JOB BEFORE ME AND DIDN'T QUITE KNOW HOW LONG IT WOULD BE SO I ASKED IF I SHOULD CONTACT SOMEONE ELSE AND THE TECH REPLIED WITH " GO *** YOURSELF AND CALL SOMEONE ELSE" HE HUNG UP! HOW PROFESSIONAL AND TO THINK MR APPLIANCE IS SENDING THIS FOUL-MOUTH TECH INTO PEOPLE'S HOMES AND IS A RESPRESENTATIVE OF HOW MR APPLIANCE OPERATES IS FAR BEYOND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WOULDN'T LEFT THIS INDIVIDUAL ANYWHERE NEVER MY FAMILY OR MY HOME. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE STATE BUSINESS LICENSE DIVISION TO FILE A COMPLAINT.
