I signed up for 6 treatments of velasmooth after the clinic manager assured me that's all I would need to see great results, I asked what if it doesn'y work? she assured me it always works. Aafter 3 treatments I saw nothing and mentioned it to the tech, they said be patient but she was concerned, the next session the machine heads were not working and were changed 2x, the next session still nothing and again the heads were not working properly, the same story on following treatments, I asked to speak to the manager who is usually always at the front desk but I needed to make an appointment to talk to her about my dissapointing results, they added one addtional treatment wich was very weak in strength compared to the others and still no change, I went in to speak to the manger and she said" well you know results are not guaranteed on cosmetic treatments" and offered more treatments at a reduced cost! I am so very dissapointed in this company, I will take this further.
