Our vehicle was purchased in WI but we live in IL. The DMV will not allow us to register the vehicle unless they have the paper title. We do not have this as BMO HARRIS is holding it and come to find out it's e-title, not a paper title. We need to get the title, have our vehicle registered and return the title to the bank. We are stuck on both ends and need help ASAP as our temporary vehilce palte as expired.
