Vegetarian Issues
As the title implies, I don't eat meat. I understand that when I decide to eat at places that aren't explicitly vegetarian or vegan, the chances of cross contamination are significantly greater. However, the biggest pet peeve I have with the chain is the fact that a large number of their toppings? salad bar items?, I guess, place the meats behind the lettuce. Doesn't seem like a big deal, not really something you'd think about, but this causes meat to fall into the lettuce when workers reach over to put meats in other people's salads. I literally saw pieces of chicken in the lettuce at one location, and I never walked into that Saladworks again. There are establishments that don't have this setup, and the food is pretty darn good, but you'd think a place that specializes in salads would be a little more conscious. Simple solution, put the meat all together in a separate section so they can stay away from non-meat toppings. Because come on....chicken in the lettuce?Okay, just a suggestion, my two cents, peace
