DouglassManor prostitution, 546 N Elm ave. : For approximately three weeks "new" black female tenant , right next to Mike C.'s supervisor office, has had a steady group of black males... knocking on her outside window/ waiting outside the main door/ honking their car horns/ she's meeting them at the main doors, or they crawl in the window ,etc. Again her apartment is ON CAMERA and directly next to the office. However, Mike C. continues to turn his head ....instead stalking other female tenants as he follows them into the ladies restroom, then makes accusations about the smell of the bathroom. Where's the logic? Where's the professionalism? The staff is abnormally aggressive and criminal- an accessory to prostitution. The walls are tissue paper thin, so the illegal activity is crystal-clear.
