Received a $25.00 Vanilla MasterCard as a gift. Tried to use it and it declined. Called the number on the card and because I didn't know where the card was purchased and have the receipt they would not give me any information even though I gave them all the information that was on the card. If they are going to charge $2.50 per month when the card is not in use, why is there an expiration date on the card? It does not make one bit of sense. I can not believe that companies are allowed to get away with this kind of scamming. TOTAL SCAM
