A difficult, weeks-long battle betw Computershare & Vanguard led to a compassionless, absurdly rude Vanguard rep, Meghan, scolding me about providing a wrong address (it was correct- minus the 4 digit zip code extension THEY added). I said ‘that was pretty shi**ty'. She said because I used profanity she'd end the call. I said ‘see ya!'
