The most incompetent commissioner to ever be given such a position. I had a case for sexual assault. I had clear and convincing evidence to prove the assault. She discredited everything I said and said that it was my fault I put myself in that position. I even stated CA laws that were broken in this case but she didn't want to hear it. I was constantly cut off. It was clear to me that she was very friendly and personally knew the lawyer on the other side. Absolutely disgusting the way she handled this case. I hope no sexual violence victim ever has to go through this. Alicia Blanco is a corrupt and incompetent commissioner.
