I contacted Jan Brown ValuBuild last year to do a project for me. Long story short, they can't deliver on any of their empty promises. The place is run by one guy who tells you whatever you want to hear. There seems to be an excuse every step of the way, and it is never his fault. It's allways someone else who is at fault. He really does not know what he is doing, and needs to go back to selling snake oil. He kept asking and demanding money deposits for no results. It was all about paying his bills, and not getting you your home. I wasted so much time and money with ValuBuild, please don't do the same. There are too many other professional people out there to use.
