Ordered Valentines day package flowers and chocolate on 11th. No sign of delivery so I check order and carrier and though it shipped on 13th in morning it is scheduled for delivery on 15th. What is the point if it does not arrive on Valentine’s day. Philippines based call center totally incapable of doing anything. This is is not the first time for a failure. Blaming the carrier when there is no weather condition and such close proximity is crazy. If they are served so poorly why use such a delivery provider. I am so angry that this is how the customer is treated. Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!
