Vacuum cleaner ikon-528t -1800w-no power

Please be informed that almost 1 1/2 month before I bought the said Vacuum Cleaner from your store. Once I went to your customer service about the hose problem. Now it seems there is no power in machine and unable to clean the carpet. I have been cleaning its filter on regulars basis even though the power is too low while it is 1800 W. Kindly advice and solve my complaint.
