Hoover is the worst. I contacted them because the belts for my 4 year old vac are not made. Period! I received a generic response stating for "warranty claims" I need to provide proof of purchase, and if that is not possible they will offer a discount on a "new" product. I stated, "This is not a warranty claim, I just want to buy a roller belt!", and that I wanted to escalate to management. A month later, no reply. I reminded them, and no reply. I have waited on the phone numerous times for long periods. Nobody ever picks up. Hoover will never see another dime from me and I am on a mission to tell upper management what I think, but my guess is they won't give a *** User's recommendation: Don't support this brand. They don't want to support themselves.
