V tech does not do call outs according to a V tech rep, Sam. Someone is calling saying cancellation for computer security must be done online while speaking with a rep. NOT TRUE. This is a scam!

Want to cancel computer security. On call and told that there will be an automatic charge for renewal if I don't fill out a cancellation notice. But then I was told that I can only fill out form with rep from company. That makes no sense.
