Utter Frustration

Online I ordered boots for my son, my cc, his shipping address. He received an email stating suspected fraud, which he forwarded to me. I spent 45 minutes on hold with no response from customer service. This is not an exaggeration. I contacted my cc company to cancel transaction. Despite Frye saying suspected fraud, they charged my cc. So, next step is a dispute via my cc company. I tried calling one more time and pressed number 3 for warranty and repair, not 1 for customer service. This person answered quickly, and told me could not cancel order, but could send a return slip for the item to be returned after delivery. The item had not yet shipped; he had no tracking number and no idea when would ship. So, why can I not cancel the order. Meanwhile I emailed again and said to cancel order. A few hours later got an email confirming my cancellation. Of course, I have no trust in Frye crediting my CC after this fiasco. I will NEVER order anything from Frye or buy any of their products. I have spend hours on this fiasco.
