THIS time i went to a branch to make payment,on two visas. presented both cards to the teller,with payment instructions.Payments where put on ONE card.I got called from collections that payment was not received,on the other.Collections hung up on me,or somehow the call ended.I called them back,and have been sitting on hold for about an hour and counting....THIS IS THE LATEST IN A STRING OF OCCURRANCES THAT I HAVE EXPERIENCED SINCE GETTING THE CARDS. OF COURSE COLLECTIONS IS WORKING ON SATURDAY,BUT NO BRANCHES OPEN.
