Using saved credit card for services

We saved a credit card on the android Grab app and have been using it for a couple of months without any problems. Now we cannot use the card to pay for services. There is money in the account and we have verified with our bank that everything is ok. The bank states that the problem must be with you. Our bank is EastWest Bank in Taytay Rizal. I do not know my account number with you. I cannot seem to find it in the app. We can be reached at [protected]. I deleted the app on my phone and reloaded it to try to reset the card information. I received the same error message "Cannot save the card." Please let us know what we have to do to use your service. Thank you, Tom and Kristin Frank
