For two weeks now, we've had intermittent service and connection loss day in and day out. Called several times, and only a handful of "representatives", and I say that very lightly, have helped me. Other times, they beat around the bush and put me on hold, just to say "there's nothing we can do, you need a service call." I'm not doing that because I've heard many horror stories about techs not showing up and customer service blames the customer for not being there when they arrived. So, I said *** IT, JUST COMP ME FOR THE MULTIPLE DOWNTIMES!" And their response? "We can't do that until we get a tech out there" So in other words "WE'RE NOT FIXING IT AND WE'RE NOT COMPING YOU, NOW PAY YOUR $100 BILL OR WE'RE CUTTING OFF YOUR SERVICE!" *** YOU, CABLE ONE, SPARKLIGHT, WHATEVER THE *** YOUR GOD DAMN NAME IS!!!!! PAY ME BACK FOR YOUR HORTIBLE SERVICE, OR I'LL DRAG YOUR *** RETARDED *** TO THE BBB, AND WE'LL SEE WHO'S GETTING A "SERVICE CALL"!!!!! DO NOT GO WITH CABLE ONE, THEY ARE CON ARTISTS WHO WANT TO SCREW YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY!!!!!!
