*SOLVED

Firstly, after making an arrangement to pay our account our mobile services were suspended on Saturday 14h00 note over a long weekend. Called and was told the system.........as if the system isn't worked with human hands. Went and paid cash into ABSA as per instruction from a "Call center" employee working from home hahaha!! Now 20 hours later, our mobile services is still suspended and home workers can't do anything as they don't have the numbers of the BMC reconnection. Well, the Minister of Telecommunication will receive a letter from me and I will make Telkom's name black on social media. Mrs. Brenda Broodryk you should never have left Telkom because they who are left are useless. Now User's recommendation: Use other service providers.
