Filed a claim on July 27th for my washer machine. The first tech came out checked the washer and said it needed a drain pump. This is where the problem starts. They have no access for parts they have to order them. That takes about a week to get there. Then they send a different tech and when he gets there he says the parts that were ordered has nothing to do with the issue. He installs them anyway and tells me if it does not work to call it in again. Well guess what it did not work, now i start the entire stupid process again. So now the same tech gets sent out and now he says it needs several parts but .... he has to order it and takes another week. So today is August 13th and it still not fixed. had an appointment today with a huge window gap of 8:00 a.m. 4:00 p.m. I decided to go to work and when I get there he calls at 8 and wants to come over. Could not make in in short notice and could not work out a time with tech. Now I am rescheduled for August 18th ? NOT SURE WHAT GONNA HAPPEN NEXT User's recommendation: Home Depot Protection Plan NOT WORTH THE TIME AND MONEY.
