When I got a new car, I had to sign up for onstar so they knew who I was. I had to input my credit card information, and I did so with the full intent of removing it before the end of my trial period. Instead, I was charged for 2 months of service out of nowhere, which is about 80 dollars. Onstar didn’t tell me when my trial would end and they won’t let you remove your financial information. They also don’t give refunds. So I spent 80 dollars for a *** service that I never even used a single time. If you buy a car with Onstar services, DECLINE TO SIGN UP. You have a phone, you don’t need it.
